National Lambretta Day — Coast to Coast Celebration
Every year on the third Saturday in August, Lambretta owners across Canada celebrate National Lambretta Day by taking their scooters to the places that make this country unforgettable. From coastlines and prairies to mountain passes, city skylines, and historic landmarks, riders share photos of their Lambrettas at iconic Canadian scenery to showcase the beauty of our country and the spirit of our community.
Post your photo on social media, tag the club, and join riders nationwide. The photo with the most combined likes and shares wins our exclusive Club Harrington Jacket — a one‑of‑a‑kind piece created each year and awarded only on National Lambretta Day.
One day. One scooter. One country. And one jacket that can only be earned.

Lambretta Ice Sculpture — Winterlude Festival, Ottawa
Each winter, as Ottawa transforms into a frozen playground for Winterlude, we join the celebration with something uniquely Canadian: a full‑size Lambretta ice sculpture carved live by professional ice artists. It’s shiny, it’s chilly, and yes — you can absolutely take a photo of yourself on the icy scooter.
Bundle up, hop on the frozen Lambretta, and strike your best “I ride year‑round” pose. Share your photos, tag the club, and show the world how Canadians celebrate winter — with scooters, smiles, and a little frostbite‑friendly humour.
Tag yourself on your scoot… and on the icy scoot.
Because nothing says “true north, strong and free” like sitting on a Lambretta made entirely of ice.

Italian Festival & Lambretta Rally — Ottawa, June 11–14
Join us in the nation’s capital for four unforgettable days as the Lambretta Club of Canada takes part in Ottawa’s Italian Festival and the prestigious Dow’s Lake Concorso d’Eleganza. This year’s celebration includes a built‑in Lambretta scooter rally, exclusive festival access, and special invitations just for our members.
Bring your Lambretta and be part of the excitement as we ride in the Italian Festival Parade, showcase our scooters alongside Ferrari, FIAT, Lamborghini, and De Tomaso, and take part in the festival’s Demo Zone, where you can ride your Lambretta in front of thousands of spectators.
We’ve secured a block of hotel rooms for the event, making it easy for riders from across Canada to join the celebration.
Whether you’re displaying your scooter, riding in the parade, or enjoying the festival atmosphere, this is a rare chance to put Lambretta heritage on centre stage during one of Ottawa’s biggest cultural events.
Come for the rally. Stay for the festival. Celebrate Italian style.

Museum of Science & Technology Exhibit — The Lambretta Poppy Project
Each November, during Remembrance season, we participate in a special exhibit at the Canada Science and Technology Museum to honour the generation that shaped both our country and our scooter culture.
As part of this exhibit, we create a handmade poppy blanket — knitted and crocheted by members and supporters across Canada — and drape it over a Lambretta as a tribute to Canadian veterans. Each poppy can be sponsored in honour of a loved one or in recognition of all who served, becoming part of a collective work of remembrance.
This installation brings together heritage, community, and gratitude in a uniquely Canadian way. One Lambretta, one blanket, hundreds of poppies, and countless stories of service and sacrifice.

Host Your Own Ride — Share Your Lambretta Across Canada
You don’t need a big event to celebrate Lambretta culture — just your scooter, a good road, and a moment worth capturing. Whether you’re riding through city streets, prairie highways, mountain passes, or your favourite local spot, take your Lambretta out for a spin and show us your corner of Canada.
Share your ride photos on our public Facebook page, and we’ll feature our favourites on the club website. It’s a simple way to connect riders from coast to coast and celebrate the beauty of Canada one Lambretta at a time.
